Louie brings more than two decades of experience operating in complex, cross-service, international, and high-pressure environments. His military background includes multiple combat and operational deployments, where he worked across DoD staff, military units, government agencies, NGOs, and foreign government counterparts.

That field experience is matched by business depth: Harvard undergraduate education, an MBA from Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, and corporate leadership experience at IBM and Thomson Reuters. He combines Fortune 500 discipline, military execution, and entrepreneurial grit.

After building and operating businesses across Asia for more than 15 years, Louie developed deep factory-direct supply relationships, cross-border procurement experience, and the practical cultural fluency needed to help U.S. contractors source overseas without the usual friction, uncertainty, or compliance confusion.
